Should you get the early version of win 11? Yes. although only if you meet the specs. I suggest 6 GB ram and use PC health check to see if you meet req specs, Now is it buggy? as of now, it's responsive and fast. it seems like the YouTubers saying it was buggy blew it out of proportion cause I've run into no issues. Now, it's not much of an update just a new UI and some game performance updates, oh but a big thing is android apps able to be downloaded. Although I've run into a few lag issues immediately after the update after a while it subsided. I rate the early version 9/10 you can get it from windows insider.

its in beta at the moment but if u have a decent pc i say go for it
