Well well well . . . I like woona , i like hazard ( even if i disagree some of his choices ) so i can't get totally impartial about all of this . . . but i'll try .
The server run , everything seems to be right . . . cuz' the staff make his job .
Hazard , i've read you're original thread , and , for me , i feel that your whole thread was based on the simple fact that woona said " Minecraft is for childrens " . . . so i feeled that cuz' she said that , she not deserve anymore her rank .
And ya know what ?
She's right !
We can don't like anymore a game , but we can love a community about this game .
Woona make his job , like didi , toxic , jaski , lolphy , viper like ALL the staff members . . . Will you say that VertX don't deserve his founder rank cuz' he's online only 2 mins every week ? No .

I though i was a talented builder . . . but i saw woona and toxic remind me that i wasn't . . . toxic add détails that i haven't think . . . and woona made way better a build that i though pretty good in ONE F*CKING SECOND !!!!

I agree with the fact that we need better maintenance. I am not saying it bad right now, but it can be better, and Brokenlens is better than other top servers. Take a look:
Broken Lens has more players online than three of the top four servers! This is not the case for today, but everyday, we have more players than some of the top listed. WE ARE SO CLOSE!!! All we need is a stronger, organized staff, that will be willing to get Broken Lens to the top! Yes, staff members have a life, which is why I hesitate to apply for position, because I don't think I will be committed. However, there are people who are committed, so they should be selected, and be trained to be good future staff members. Again, I am not saying that we do not have good staff members. We do, in fact, they are great! All we need is more great staff members, which can help decrease work load, and will be able to work on maps, and other stuff faster. Quality(what we have) + Quantity(what we need) = Greatest server of All Time!!!

Hmmm, you must be right. I guess staff wouldn't be the main reason why Brokenlens isn't a featured server. But a efficient staff is still important for a successful server. However, I think that this problem will be resolved soon; we have a great staff

I really have to agree with both sides. And i as a player of the Brokenlens Network, i feel that everything done should be in the best interest of the server, and we have so much potential. Maybe vertx made some right decisions. Maybe he didn't. But right now, i'd really appreciate if vertx just took 5 minutes of his time to explain what is going on. And end all this.

ive tried to be more active , but when Im online we dont need my help, we never ask for my help, we DONT WANT my help, it just makes me sad because ive tried/trying.to make it better but nobody cares , You want more active staff members , yet Ive tried to be more active and I feel like crap when I do.. But I guess thats just me.

Aypi, I'm really sorry you feel that way, but when I talk about inactive staff I don't necessarily think of you. When I say I want active staff members, I mean that I want people who take the time to put in effort for the server, even if they only come online like, once a month. When I talk about inactive staff, I mean people like.. well, Ziko, I guess. I understand you're all busy, but when it's already summer vacation? You could at least offer some sort of an explanation, like you have a summer job, or something. Then, at least, we have an idea of what the hell you're doing and why you aren't doing at least a bit of help of sorts. Also, sometimes it can just cause confusion, you know? So, yeah.
Aside from that, it's not that we don't want your help. It's the fact that we don't know when you'll be online, since you're not that active, so we won't know whether tagging you will help or if it will just bother you. Even if we don't tag you, that doesn't prevent you from replying. Monitor the Player Reports, Support, Bug Reports or the Suggestions & Ideas. Look at what you can do. A staff member isn't just banning, you can do so much more - you can help people who don't know how to access cosmetics, for example! So just put in some effort on forums and server and I swear you'll make it right back to where you were before, soon.

I do have a job, not a summer one, a All-Year one, I do 30hrs/week during summer and 20hrs/week during school (+ school) thats why me being online really got nerfed.
