i think primuim people should be able to fly in waiting room (/fly) but not in game

No because people will not be able to tell the difference between hackers and ranked people
Cause what I do in waiting room I say team on (hacker) if I see teleporting or flying

Guys is flying in the ship is allowed? Or not? If its not allowed then i will not do that again! :)

Last time I tried ,I could fly in the waiting room...but idk has this bug already fixed or not .
