Why ProgZ is banned on brokenlens server?

He was banned by the owner- I didn't follow this case closely but I know at the very least he got into someone else's forums account (amongst other things that I am not going to divulge here)

Progz sent me dms for what happened
"For the Reason me and my Friend Lokiron57 which is my friends forums account which we had a really big fight on discord so I think I can give him a little bit of a prank, but verily I tell you if I don't have any hope of getting my Brokenlens account back, I accepted this type penalty for my bad behaviour."
