That particular Watcher code is one of a set of codes I've asked vertx about before which he says are 100% accurate- while we can't tell you what particular codes mean I can tell you that we don't ever unban for those codes because of there accuracy- unfortunately he has to wait his time out :(

well, ig watcher ban him because he was playing on java and something went wrong..
