I think you should unban, we cant really hold someone guilty for an issue we don't know, innocent till proven guilty.

Due to not having clear evidence the user has been banned for an appropriate reason because of an error with something on our end I have decided to unban this user. If further evidence is found this will not go against the user for this appeal as a staff member has already made the decision. @vertx Tagging you since you was also involved in this appeal and you can see what decision has been made.
