Someone said that you can't get perm banned for having more than 5 bans now. You can only get perm if you have 4+ bans within 3 months (not sure if its true)
If that's the case can my friend's account, Ish_Erzishu_, get unbanned? She got banned for having around 9 bans quite some time ago.

That’s indeed true, it’s only bannable now if players have 4 bans within 3 months. Although, I believe the 5+ ban rule still applies to the users banned whenever the rule was current.
