You can apparently fly with a horse/Walk.
You just have to first ride a horse, and unshift/double tap mid(The normal way to leave a horse in vanilla) but the horse stays*vertx forgot add it so the horse will leave* and When you /fly.
Fun Fact: Was playing around when I thought ssunsett was flying with a horse when I did it by accident ps turns out she was standing a block lol.
