Solved flying or glitch?

This guy has been awfully suspicious ever since I’ve been playing matches with him.
Sure he may look like he’s glitched but it looks like to me he’s like 1 inch through the floor (something like noclip)

I may not have enough evidence but I’m very sure he turns on such hacks and pretends to be glitched..
