Flying In Waiting Lobby?

VIP's ca fly in hub and ING lobby but why not in the waiting lobby? there are some places I like to fly to then doing the parkour's also can there be a ghast pet? there one of my fav mobs in the game

People would probably glitch and will be able to fly in games like on murder mystery TNT tag (etc.) I like the ghast idea but it would be hard because the ghasts can fly
