She looks like she is crouching, I do not think you can fly while crouching. Also this user has a lot of wins on MurderMystery and a fair amount of levels so she doesn't have a good reason to hack.

Are you sure she is hacking, would you happen to have any more screenshots? Were your chunks fully loaded in?

I agree with Dark, to be honest. It looks like she is standing on blocks that haven't loaded yet, not fly hacking. Either way, thank you for reporting
