Sorry for replying but...
It could just be a glitch, there have been glitches before when players have been able to see spectators flying around which could be possible for this case. I'm not saying that she's 100% not hacking but there's a possibility. Also when you think about it logically if such a high levelled player were to hack, they wouldn't use such obvious ones that could get them banned in a split second. I believe you should look into the case deeply, there could be some drama between these players considering the person who posted this thread hasn't made any other reports which could make this a false report. However, I do have to admit, the image doesn't look photoshopped.

I find this very hard to believe, I’ve spectated purple plenty of times and she’s also called me over for teamers.. hackers, all that jazz.

I’ll look into this case very well, tomorrow at least. ( I’ll be busy soon. )
Just know, if we find out this was photoshopped and everything was purposely planned, the reporter will receive a punishment.
