fly hacker in sw

i was spectating my friend and a hacker was flying but the hacker was like afk and then after my friend fell off by accident. the hacker moved his head and maybe that's mean he flying hack so... i just wanna report, but i dont get the angle he was move his head i only got 1 screenshoot of him after the game over because my friend fell and he won. here's the screenshoot i got:
