Okay so basically some of us are still in online school (including me) but before the school year ends for the majority of us I just wanna tell you guys the flaws people face through online school.
Distractions: keep in mind just because you’re at home doing online courses it DOESNT mean your safe from distraction, in fact you have a higher risk of being distracted by one thing to another generally because if you don’t have your camera on you can just scroll around through social media or play games and miss a few subjects. Then when exams arrives your just there acting like an idiot because you made a very dumb decision to be on your phone. Before you get triggered I’ve experienced this before so don’t call me some sort of hypocrite im just expressing the issue I face in online school.
being productive: okay lemme tell you this just because your at your house it ISNT your school, a school and a house are 2 different things and lemme tell you a small truth that many people can relate, taking classes online will make you less productive because your house is more like a sanctuary while in school your just there to learn and be productive.
screen time: okay for us gamers we stare at a screen for a long a— time but it gives us some form of entertainment or competition where as if we stare at a screen for online school you can get very tired very fast because it’s not like your on social media or playing games on your phone, console or PC so when staring at your computer to do school work for a long time is bad enough alone but mix it with our time with whatever we do on our phones can make it much worse so that means less good sleep, less hygiene, and possibly worse health
Connection: okay now for us students who needs wifi to enter classes it’s already annoying enough because at some point if your like me who takes school seriously and cooperates a lot with the teachers then it’s gonna piss you off because at some point you may loose connection and be kicked out of the class which there is a potential that you may get lost on the subject you’re on.
okay so I’ve covered at least a few flaws that online students face so yeah that’s all I have to say
