I think you would have to change your wifi or the internet connection to private instead of public. It did that to my brother a long time ago.

Yes public wifi or public internet connection is not really safe and doesnt really protect your private information and some servers doesnt allow public wifi for that reason. Your best bet is to make your wifi private or virtual private network (VPN). You can change it in your settings in your network or wifi folder.
