If you instantly exit and remove Minecraft when the lightning hits you maybe could have saved it. I made a build once and I accidentally hit the end crystal I just exit the game without saving and the crystal and build is fine

Welp.

I was making a Bow Spleef map, Medieval Themed. As you know, in BowSpleef, there is TNT. And in Minecraft, there is Lightining. I of course forgot to turn off weather cycle. The lightning hit the TNT and destroyed the entire map.
