Fishing Rod Kit

Okay so someone used the fishing rod kit on me and I went so high up that got me kicked out easily by the watcher. Can it not do that? because it kinda get's annoying knowing that you could still easily escape with an ender pearl or land someplace else.

Rods work anymore or is it just me? When i use one it just goes through them or bounces off, and it does the same to me. Whats your mc version?

Are you lower than 1.4? Rods work fine for me. They just disappear sometimes.

I do agree that this is annoying but if they change the fly limit from 3 blocks to a bit more, then hackers would get kicked and banned less, since TheWatcher may not detect it(I think) :P
