5 fishes would make the kit suck lol. It's nowhere close to how OP Pre nerf Farmer was. Pre nerf farmer was way better than fisherman ever was. Plus eggs are better than rods so it makes sense to have fisherman have more food than farmer.
The kit should be nerfed to 7 salmon and no cod, or 4 salmon and 4 cod. 6 salmon would be ok but seems a bit too bad when compared to farmer saying it doesn't heal that much more. I mean eggs are the easy best projectile on the server in SW.
Salmon heals 3 hearts BTW and cod heals 2.5
I do agree it should be nerfed but not an overkill amount like this.
Eggs are easy to aim with compared to a rod, 1 egg knocks players off of bridges and eggs have absurd vertical knockback where spamming them against a player on a wall can make the player literally fly upwards. Also eggs are hyper-spammable and have more range which means if you miss you can fire again in less than a second.
Aka: Your nerf idea is overkill and fisherman should be nerfed but not at this level due to how farmer has the way better projectile than fisherman.

It's not that hard to get food lol plus there are a ton of rod campers who when you finally reach them just keep eating and eating lol

6 is alright if It's salmon that It's 6 of. I feel like fisherman would get bad compared to farmer though. Like only 3 more hearts for a way worse projectile than farmer. That's why I'd say 4 salmon and 4 cod or 7 salmon. But I hate rod campers. A lot of the fisherman playerbase is aggressive though so nerfing it to 6 may be a bit too much. I as a fisherman player of course am biased when saying this but this makes at least some sense.
Also with rod camping just use ender pearl to get to them if you see a rod unless if they are skybasing which rod camping and skybase I have only seen once.

ive been seeing quite a few recently who build up pretty high lol which is why its annoying because I can't just pearl to them
i also tend to use my pearls because im lazy but i meant the ones who skybase
maybe its just me but i wouldnt call fisherman campers super rare

i do agree it could get bad but definitely needs nerfed

yea n farmer now is 5x3 n thats 15 hearts heal b

farmer has 5 chickens so its 15 hearts fisherman has 15 plus 12.5 and thats 27.5 and thats not fair 5 fishes witch give 3 hearts would be good cuz u can choose between farmer n fisherman here cuz everyone just rushes mid and loots everything and plus that 10 fishes is too op

Of course it needs a nerf :D. I just think It's a little overkill! Yeah I hate fisherman campers, but they still are rare. I would be fine with nerfing it down to 6 although I think It's overkill. Farmer needed half food being nerfed out of existence because of how deadly eggs and the absurd chicken amount was. With fisherman the rod is tolerable and worse than eggs so it would be reasonable to only nerf the food like a third of what it originally was which is why I like 4 and 4 fish. I don't want a arguenment to start so I won't respond to any more of your posts on this thread. We all have our own opinions :D

btw rod needs to get fixed cuz it can kick players and im just praying to not get perm by watcher when rod launches me 80 blocks in air

10 is too OP and the kit should be nerfed a I agree although it shouldn't be nerfed down to 5 because that doesn't make much sense saying farmer has better projectile so fisherman should have more food. I did say a nerf down to 4 and 4 would be good or 7 salmon. Yes they rush mid but if it gets nerfed down to what I said fisherman's would have a hard time fighting busters at mid especially when 2 or more come so it seems a bit more balanced.

I am a fisherman player and I am PE lol. I love the rod It's why I play it instead of playing it for food which is dumb.

Watcher has never banned players who were YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETED by the rod although has kicked players
Edit: The kick only happens when the fisherman user is high up in the air so I actively make sure not to kick people when yeeeeeeeeeeeeting my enemies
