sg is ok when it’s new ppl playing- when it’s my parties i usually hate everyone afterwards

I know It's not PVP, but like could u tell me what genre to expect? Is it more competitive like quake and split, or is it more casual like MM and tnt games? Also if the game is already complete, why isn't it playable by everyone???
