WOAHH SO AMAZING TWENZY, TEACH ME HOW TO DRAW!
Teach me! :(
  • 1. Draw a Sketch - I usually draw my rough sketches on a real paper and take some photos of the sketches I drew, crop them nicely on my gallery ( not too big or small ) so I can use them later to draw digitally on the Ibis Paint X app.
  • 2. Ibis Paint X - It's a free drawing app, you can download it on your Play Store. Open the app, click on "My Gallery", and click on the "+" button down left of your screen. You can customize the paper size you want to draw on. I like using the 768x768 [ ( 1:1 ) LD ] one but there's also an "Import Picture" button on the settings where you can upload a photo file of your sketches into the canvas and it will fit the canvas nicely.
  • 3. Draw Line Art - This is the tricky one. I always use the Felt Tip Pen ( Hard ) with 4.0px and 2.0px thickness to draw my line art, using a digital pen. You can also use the Dip Pen Hard with 1.5px and 1.0px thickness, very good to draw anime or manga characters ( Good for Devices that don't have a Digital Pen ). You also have to make your stabilizer into the maximum ( 10 ) so your curved line art can be curved or bent beautifully.
  • 4. Coloring & Shading - There is a lot of Ibis Paint X coloring and shading tutorials on YouTube. You can go watch them and keep practicing like me :p This is the video where I learn how to draw digitally, coloring, and shading since 11th July 2021. But the language of this video is in Bahasa Indonesia so you'd need to watch other Ibis Paint X video tutorials to understand :lmao:
  • 5. Save your Drawing - After you finished your drawing, you can tap the left arrow [ <- ] button on down right of your screen and click the "Save as PNG" button and it will be saved in your gallery automatically. You can also save it as a Transparent PNG by clicking on the "Save as Transparent PNG" button. :D

It's a little bit complicated to explain but here is the basic tutorial for beginners :

You can also use the bucket to color and fill your drawing :

Note : If you want to color your drawing with a bucket, you have to color it on the same layer of your line art or below the line art layer, but don't color your drawing on a layer above your line art layer with a bucket because it will ruin the thickness and softness of the line art.

CORRECT ( Do This )
