Invalid False Information or bullying.

So someone was speaking arabic or persian, and i make the joke: "STOP SPEAKING NOODLES!!!".
Then someone named Mythxox said: "stop being racist" (i was not being racist) i tried to defend and told him it was a joke, but he said: "I don't care". I talked to my dad about it, and he said it was bullying, but i don't know if it IS bullying, or just false information.

Just because you were joking doesn't make it not offensive, please don't say things like that in the future.
