It might be because people can vote multiple choices.
So say only one person had voted, and had chosen two options. Each of those choices might say 100%, because every person who voted so far has chosen each of those. It just happens that it was one person who chose both.

It might be because people can vote multiple choices.
So say only one person had voted, and had chosen two options. Each of those choices might say 100%, because every person who voted so far has chosen each of those. It just happens that it was one person who chose both.
