I think this should stop, but I don't think we shoukd critisize him for the way how he is feeling. He may be making mountains out of molehills but it is his thoughts and maybe he is trying to relieve it.
On the other hand, there is a nicer way to express how you feel Konsol. You could just say, "Hey (person's name), you hurt my feelings when you called me noob, can you please not do it again?". Then the other person will understand.
Calling someone noob is not mutable, but I do understand it could be hurtful to be called that.
