Explain??

I was just about to win a game in Skywars and While I was PvPing with someone it lagged and it said that the server is restarting..
Thats normal if a server was restarting.
But..
When I tryed joining again..
This appeared..
Can you explain this??

How is it possible that there is no suitable server for My minecraft version??
Help me ;-;

P.S: idk if its the right section to post this thread.. But nvm..
