Duplicated Exp *2 Booster not working

Im an emerald rank on bl for a while the *2 exp booster has been working now it has stopped. my friend Wolfie has Emerald too and her exp booster works :v. please fix this bug really soon.

Yup, like amqnda said, exactly after a month of purchasing the rank, the x2 exp booster turns off
