This caught my attention on the server and I wanted to be able to be helped and help other players too.

I don't know much about this case but I'll always try to help, as I understand @Esra was banned for excessive bans and that's understandable, but did the team show any video about teaming to take the third ban? I try hard for team bans to require video but as a player I wanted at least to have a satisfaction from the team, for example: a more complex message on the server for bans, such as why you were banned and by whom, not just by how many days, and also some warning about your excessive bans as I don't think there is anything that says your excessive bans on the server, if I'm wrong please correct me but hope you have better satisfaction for bans and maybe a warning about excessive bans since in some bans it only appears for how many days you were banned and not by whom and why. When someone is temporarily banned he loses the right to play and often this is not deserved and also has no explanation from the staff, Brokenlens has an average of 1500 players online per day and sometimes less, and players are banned for not to know about excessive bans and rules, and also why there is an emoji menu in the server's initial hotbar instead of a book with all the rules? If brokenlens wants to have fewer players then it's on the right track letting these things happen every day.
I advise a rulebook on the initial hotbar in place of useless effects, and better explanations for bans plus warnings about excessive bans and how many you've been accumulating maybe...(with the exception of fly hackers).
Maybe it's not enough just a forum thread and a command to know the rules, many players have no idea of the existence of the forum and don't know how to enter even when they appear all the time in the chat or when they get banned or have no idea how to get in. move on the forums.
Another thing that bothers me a little is the lack of staff that enter the matches when someone calls, everyone loses a lot of matches by calling a staff in the grm and receiving a "make a report".
