XD okay okay (this method works for me :3)

Suave Essentials regular shampoo
Suave Essentials regular conditioner
mix a little of the shampoo and conditioner in your hand
put that and massage/scrub, XD idk what it's called until it's poofy, and bubbly but, Do not, was out immediately
let it sit, for a min or two, and while you are go ahead and wash your Body and then wash it all off at once (it's best to have the same shampoo and body wash smell...)
Rinse all the shampoo and stuff out,
then condition the end of your hair

and that's done!!
