Uhhhh maybe but I’m getting ready to goto school now and won’t be getting on my laptop until after school, there is kind of another clip but from veryyyy far away and I didn’t go close to him straight away because I thought he was lagging that’s why he was taking long to fall but then he clutched and lived then when he was trying to kill the other person he fell and i was trying to record the hacker and the other guy was taking too long to fall so I went and recorded him and I got that, and judging from the other experience I saw him fall I’d say he has slow fall..
Sorry if I didn’t provide enough evidence I should of followed him!

Here we go! Sorry it took so long, looking at this other specific bit it's really suspicious, he fell slowly, took a long time to fall, could go across closer to the middle island, and he had time to enderpearl
You can see he took like 2 steps then he proceeded to fall down then ender pearl, and the other guy that was in his game was the hacker who is already banned
This video was focousing on the hacker but I just happened to get the slow fall person
