For those who didn't understans what she said she means : My friend bought a transfer ticket on my account and you gave me error.

If this what you mean, from what I know you need to wait for a while because sometimes the item you’ve purchased delays. You need to provide your Order ID to a staff to be able to get the transfer ticket.
