Error Resetstats

I can not repeat my stats in hs.
I have typed /resetstats HS
and type in password and it says wiping statistics but nothing happens, my stats still remain like the usual statistics
and i already tried on other games like BP but not working.
Please help, I need to reset my stats. I've done it many times but nothing happened.
