Error #151

now i got 2 errors experienced in here but it was the same error (forgot number abt fly hack mistake) NOW i dont have any idea what this error is. I was playing my usual oitc then when its like starting i got stuck in the ground. It started and go on for like...2 mins? Still stuck to the floor then,POOF!
