Enderman holding block

So, on MB spike was on the scene and with his pet Enderman. Then I was afk for a while and I came back the Enderman was holding the Grass Block!

Technically is Enderman's work...The enderman accidentally get a grass block and put it anywhere on the place...It's a bug
