Chapter 3- A Hole In The Sky

"How the heck did this get in here and why?" Windex questions the meteorite laying right in front of him.
"And out of all the houses, it had to be this one?" He talks to himself while being confused.

"Wait a minute.... shoot. Another one is heading right towards my friends' house! I gotta get there." I yelled across the room, "Nothing here," so they don't bother to look in here but sooner or later, they will find out that I'm not here.

Since the glass door had a big enough hole to fit in, I thought of this as an escape root to head to my friend's house. And so, that's what I did. I carefully put one leg after another, also being secured about my head not touching any broken glass that was on the glass door and poof, I headed off.

Hail dropped onto my head from every side of the sky, crushing my body bit by bit.

Finally, after 10 minutes of being crushed by the earth's tiny but yet, hurtful element, I finally made it to the front door of my friend's house.

I stood there a few minutes while knocking on his front door. Oh, and if you're wondering whose house I'm talking about, it's Dark's if you didn't know by now.

I knocked for a pretty solid minute, no answer. Now, being the nice person I am, I wasn't about to break in Dark's house, that would be against one of our rules of being friends. So, what I did is since they were all upstairs of his house, I decided to throw pebbles up his front window to get his attention.

After a few tries of doing so, I finally got a shadow getting close to the window I was throwing pebbles at. But once I saw who it was, it wasn't a pretty picture to be in. It was Anmo. Now, Anmo and I weren't really good friends ever since I killed his pet rabbit once in a science class in 10 grade by accident

I don't know why he's still mad about that to today but I guess that's him.

I waved at him and pointed down at the door as a sign to open the doors. He stood there for a few minutes and left like nothing happened.

I thought that he wasn't going to open the door for me but then, I heard the front door lock unlock. Anmo opened the door for me but didn't say anything when he did so.

I entered Dark's house as I gave Anmo a dirty look before noticing. I was about to take a seat in the living room when out of nowhere, Anmo pulled me by the hands into the kitchen and before doing so, he says, "Don't say anything."

My heart was beating faster cause for starters, I haven't talked to this guy for 5 years and now, he breaks out silent treatment by pulling me by the hand and telling me to not say anything. I find it weird but if it's the only way to reclaim my friendship with him then so be it.

We finally enter the kitchen along with the rest of my friends I knew since High school. Anmo says out of breath, "I know we haven't been the best of friends for the past 5 years or so but right now, you gotta look at this." Anmo brings me to what appears to be the meteorite I saw flying straight to Dark's house a few minutes ago.

"Wait a minute!" Everyone suddenly looks at me. "I saw this meteorite coming towards here. That's the reason why I came here, to see if you guys knew where it landed."
"Well, now you know." Evie states.
"Wait, when did you get here?" Dark says to Windex "And why didn't you knock?"
"I did knock and Anmo opened up." Windex replies back.
"Oh."

"Woah Woah Woah, are we just going to ignore the fact that a medium size meteorite is laying right in our own backyard in the middle of a storm?" Everyone wiggled their fingers in distress.
"Ugh, what I'm saying is that aren't we going to see if some type of alien is inside of this meteorite causeeeeee, you never know."

Everyone continued to wiggle their fingers.
"You guys really are useless, huh?"

Anmo steps forward but doesn't say a word. He headed for the kitchen's glass door that leads to Dark's backyard and yelled, "Y'all coming?" Before looking back to see if anyone was following him, he left, hoping someone brave enough will follow him and surely, that did the trick.

"Really is pouring out here huh?" Windex tells the group but they ignore him.
"HEY! I found something." Evie shouted from the back of the meteorite."
Everyone rushed to her directions to see a bunch of unknown codes that people usually see with 10101010 numbers.
"It could be a code!" Pandeee suggests.
"Or a message!" Windex adds on.
"Well, whatever it is, we weren't certainly be getting this code or message with the knowledge we have," Anmo tells them while covering his head.
"I think you just called us stupid," Evie says. Anmo doesn't say anything.
"So, there's a code reading 'Iop-1203-13/243-dgg,' does that sound familiar to any of you?" But before anyone said anything, Pandeee pushes Anmo out of the way and studies the code.

"Well, this looks like some nerds stuff." Pandeee replies in a quiet voice.
"You called?" Super comes out of nowhere. "No need for details."
Super gets closer to the meteorite and reads the codes on it.

"It reads...'hell-o, you guys are doomed."
