Enchanting in skywars and survival games?

I'm sure someone has asked about this at some point but, why isn't enchanting a thing on these games? And I know enchants themselves work because you get enchanted swords in hide n seek. Plus there is skywars maps with enchantment tables on them. If there is a reason its not possible or otherwise I'd like to know!

Gd question:/ Either coding is harder or... they want make enchanting off so no op stuff such as infinity bow
