Enable players in “Best Builders” to report innappropriate builds

Okay, but like literally, shouldn’t this just be a default feature? Draw And Guess has it. I don’t see why we can’t have one for Build Battle

Oh yeah!! I forgot about the reporting feature in DNG for a hot minute. I wonder if it actually does anything. But if it does, it would be nice to have one in TBB/TBBS!
