I don’t think emojis are allowed in the Minecraft chat because they are round and Minecraft doesn’t do round things. As Pufflin said, I like emoticons! :)

Mojang knows what will happen if emojies are added to the Minecraft chat. Here are 3 reasons why.
1.People will go crazy and spam emojis.
2.People will use emojies in an inappropriate way.
3.Emojies will look strange cause I’ve never seen a game with keyboard emojis.
But Mojang could make Minecraft emotes and add them.:)
