Emerald Rank

Ok so my friend Rach (LielaTheDark97) purchased a Emerald rank for me, + i was not logged in in my account for like 4 months. and when i hopped back on the server i saw that my rank was gone! so i want my Emerald rank back. and it not shows on my brlns profile page that i have a rank because on Rach's profile, it ritually says that she was an Emreald member.

Right, we have a small problem - there are apparently two registered accounts called RedNinja629 on the servers. One of them has an emerald rank and is level 21 (that must be your real account), and the other does not have an emerald rank and is level 1. I don't know how there are two accounts with the same name.
What is your Xbox Live username?

Theres only 1 way to have 2 accounts(they really need to disable it) Make a xbox live with the name 'Example1234' sign out of brokenlens register for 'Example123' and go on xbox 'Example123' tada you have 2 accounts with the same name.-.

Monkey, your not helping. The account cannot be duplicated unless there was a bug.
