Emerald Rank

[Jinshido]

Hello, recently I have bought the rank of Emerald but it seems as I haven’t gotten all of the perks that come with it. The rank says it would allow me to fly on the hub. I have seen other Emerald Rank users flying on the hub but I haven’t been able to myself. I’m just wondering as to why and if someone can help me.

Nevermind I have found out why I couldn’t do it. I didn’t try /fly I apologize.
