Emerald rank XP booster

Hi so Lachy just bought this up with me, I don’t actually have an exp booster for my account, even though I have purchased the emerald rank and had it for several years.

Could someone please help?

I don’t think the exp boosters have been working properly for a bit of time now, I thought they were working for some users and not others - I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon though.
