EMERALD RANK TROUBLE!

I just had to reset my account then got my progress back because of a log out glitch so it wouldn't log back in. I still need my rank though and here is the code for my rank:

Hi, looking at this purchase it was made on May 16th This is last month and does not show the username that the rank was set to.

being sworn? I have no idea what you mean by this. Also, I would need to see proof from the receipt that shows your username on the purchase. Then I can request an Admin / Mod to set your rank.
