Emerald rank questions

Alright! So I am gonna get the Emerlad rank soon because of its useful features and it is beneficial for my gaming. But I have some questions. What does "Items such particles and sounds will not expiry" mean?
Do I still have to buy the particles and sounds using coins?
And how do I change name and chat colours?

It means that usually particles expire after 3 days and with EMERALD rank , you have them forever . Ask @MrJojo , he is a emerald

@GoldenWasabiKing Do /addgroup Then hold down on this sign & and make it say § then click a color code which is numbers the. After you've done That do /setgroup [Name] [The Group U Just Added]

Isn't /addgroup a command to run when you want to add a new group/rank in your server?
That is how people use /addgroup in a Pocketmine-MP server
with the plugin PurePerms v1.3.7

Or does it mean something else here?

No u can use /addgroup to make ur own colorful group however.

what I did when I was staff for the 20th best server I just did /addgroup §6Admin then I did /setgroup OrangeUniverse25 §6Admin

That's what I meant
Adding groups mean adding new ranks but I am asking how to change the chat and name colour

I don't have emerald rank so I don't know but I'm pretty sure when you get emerald rank you'll have new commands so it might teach you how to do things when you type /help

Alright, orange. I'm sorry to say this but you actually gave me the wrong information
You can set the colour by running the command: /color
Not /addgroup
But thanks anyway
A Diamond ranker told me this in a brokenlens server so yea now I know xD
