I bought this emerald rank in this server AGAIN. So that’s $50 spent on y’all. Go to log into MCPE and her emerald rank is not there. Initially bought it several months ago. Worked fine. Now it’s all gone so I was forced to buy again. So how do I get this applied to her account? When I ordered I put her username in as Angel MMX. I have proof of purchase in my email
 
Do you have any proof that you bought the rank?Please make a converstation with admin to get help

And how do I talk to an admin. And yes I have receipt from PayPal and email from broken lens

Hi, firstly, may we know your username?
When you buy the emerald rank, it should come with a receipt email that will probably be sent to your mother's email. You can send a screenshot to the admins

To talk to an admin, go to the "inbox" section and press "create a conversation"
Type in an admins name in participants and you're good to go
