You can ask staff to add emerald tag on your profile (+ it's not a bug-)

your forums username have to match your brlns ign in order for it to shows your emerald tag but you can still ask a staff member to add it for you

Have you bought your emerald rank just recently, if it is then you must wait for it since it still took time to update. Or you can ask a staff to change it
