Email problem?

A while ago, I tried to make a forums account for my little brother, but the confirmation email never got sent to him. I ignored this and decided it wasn't important, but I realized that this may be a problem so I decided I would test it by making another account, and i never got the email, either. So.. xd @ssunsett
 
Oh, and before someone asks i am 100% sure i put the correct emails both times.

It Doesn’t Work On Hotmail If You Are Using Hotmail It Works On Gmail And Other Alternatives Email.

Hotmail and outlook are the same thing. @outlook.com, @Hotmail.com and @gmail.com work for everything, because gmail is up to date while hotmail and outlook are the same.

did you make sure you typed the email correctly and no typos

Contact an admin. Also, you should've clicked the "Confirmation email" link on the page when you created an account.

That Happened To Me So I Typed My GMAIL And It Worked.
