For real. I was in a match where eggs could be useful to kill an archer and a buster and the eggs didnt work at times. The eggs would go through them.

Eggs work on certain distance, I figured it out some days ago lol
The distance between you and enemy must be at least 20 blocks, maybe more.
If you want to knock them off the bridge in critical situation then just spam eggs and well it must work I guess
