@edwjusti being rude to people in need of staff help

So basically i have noticed that a lot of people *cough cough* BestBud *cough cough* are getting unbanned by edwjusti . So, yesterday i was getting targeted by Bestbud and he was saying all this stuff to me how he is going to show me what the hack client 'Kill Aura' looks like and he kept targeting me and my best friend LitJaye and telling others to target us. SO i went to Edwjusti and Laura_Aria for help. I asked them to look at my post on the forum about the situation since it had been 2 hours since it had happened and no one had opened it. I kept asking Ed if he could help me in English. He was talking in spanish so i decided to say "Hey Ed, can you look at my recent forum post? My username on there is MylaPotato' in spanish. His respons was critical. He called me stupid, mocked me and proceeded to talk about me in spanish to Bestbud saying "Myla and Jaye suck whistles" so of course i stood up to myself and He starts bringing in Laura. The completely ignore the fact that i have evidence and posted the evidence on here of Bud targeting and being cruel. Then Ed says "Sorry if someone calling you 'stupid' is very harmful, you are not supposed to live on earth." I took great damage to that and was very hurt as i am suicidal and many people have said that or similar things to me. I just want broken lens to be a fun server i can play on without getting harrassed or put down by staff who ignore players under 100 levels. Cause i have noticed that. I have noticed that staff that do in game reports have been more willing to help people over 100 levels, while staff who take care of forum reports dont care what level you are on. Everyday i have to deal with the behavior that goes on in broken lens and i feel like the server is getting more and more hurt by the people who staff favor and take advantage of it.

BestBud isn’t ‘a lot of people’ first of all.
Second of all, I responded to your ban appeal about 20 minutes after you made it so 2 hours is a huge exaggeration.
Third, edwjusti doesn’t speak Spanish he speaks Portuguese.
Forth, none of us care about levels and the same people handle forum and server reports.
Now, I have no idea what’s going on with bestbud (other staff: why did Edw unban him I forget). When did you report him? Was it here on the forums?
Also I’d like to hear what happened from @Laura_Aria too because you probably left something out.
As for Edw... we can’t really do anything about him.

i didnt mean to post it that many times but Laura she was just refusing to look at the post and i was trying to explain to her that me and my friend jaye needed help then she went off on me saying about how i dont about her life and what happened to her whene i didnt even bring anything up to her

I have a slight feeling that somebody hacked his account, because I know that staff, especially here, are not rude.
Except for Laura and her savage roasts.

Look, you asked me to look at your report several times and also told me stuff, personal things I shouldn't know. I ignored you because I had enough of you telling me to look at your report over and over again. In the end, I said I was going to look at your report (you didn't show that in the screenshots), and I did. In my opinion, I don't think BestBud was bullying, but yes, he may of been a bit offensive.

I don't know what Edw said because he was speaking Spanish or Portuguese and I don't know Spanish or Portuguese, so all I know is that you asked us for help and I said I was going to look at your report later on when Edw went offline.

I don't care about your level, I don't care about your rank, I don't give a crap about your statistics, I don't care. If you spoke to me nicely and in a way that actually allowed me or Edw to understand, we could of helped you and Edw wouldn't of acted the way he did.

You didn't even have enough patience to realise that we're staff and we have so many other people relying on us. When we have time to deal with your report, we will. You don't have to tell us several times, we can read.
