Earnable Ranks?

It would be cool to be able to earn ranks by playing. Not like diamond or emerald, but like "#1" if you are 1st on a leaderboard. These ranks wouldn't give you any items in a game but will appear in chat and above your head. You could complete a VERY hard parkour and get the rank "ParkourBoss" or something like that. There could also be a rank for killing a certain amount of players or winning a certain amount of games. This is just a neat idea I had, it's okay to not like it =]
 
Nice idea! Win10 users always win parkour easily, than me. :)

That would be cool! Like you could earn ranks if you were good at PvP, or Hide&Seek, or such. Probably not for games like BlockParty because with those it's luck as much as anything. But that would be cool.

I sort of agree with Laura as people would easily be able to brag about their new ranks and make other players, player who aren't as good, feel bad

Already I feel like (no offense to those that do have ranks) players with ranks tend to show off a bit, so it wouldn't change much. Still, I see your point.

But adding this would cause that level of bragging to go up a lot more

And these ranks would again cause impersonation of Staff members, as they would say, I have my tag off and have this one on so no one can tell I'm staff...
