dropping stuff

Alright so this has happened lately on sky wars; when I am hitting someone and walking/sprinting forward or just running around the weapon I have in hand suddenly drops and disappears. Instead of picking back the weapon what I get is a block ._. that I can't pile with the other ones.

I saw it happen to you while playing tsw I think. But it doesn't happen to me.
