Appearance : Akemi was born with a form of dwarfism so her wings did not develop. And she uses the help of other rainwings to help her get to places. Her usual default scales are a pinkish green ,Pink to show her bubbly happiness but green bc she is always sad cause she cant fly. and she can light up every scale to shine light but its weak except for the patches on her legs, tail and body.
She has little blue swirls near her underbelly and gills along her neck.
