Baechuu - firstly the object or creature that the person is holding is shaped.. weirdly? and it should have a body that is still visible beneath the boy's arm/hand. secondly the shading on the pants is weird.. the shading on most of the picture expresses that the light source is from the left, but an area of the pants are lighter and it looks like light is shining on it, when the light source is from the left not from above. thirdly, the way the legs are, it doesn't fit standard body structure. they are too far apart. if the pose was drawn as the boy standing with his legs apart, i wouldn't mind, but if he is just standing there, the legs would be much closer than they are. rest looks good.

Anna - a much simpler artwork that probably took less time than the rest [not saying it didn't take time, it probably took at least half an hour to an hour, but the rest probably took more so yeah], and the neck is way too long. also, the little trangle-type thing looks like it's behind the girl instead of on her head [because i'm assuming it's one of those, like, antenna things on top of the head?] other than that the drawing is Very nice.

i'll vote for Baechuuu. sorry

Baechuuu's Issues
In my opinion, the issues in Baechuuu's submission is the animal being held and the odd wrinkles on clothing. The animal being held as said by Lauren,

The odd wrinkles appear in areas where I assume clothing wrinkles don't belong. Don't worry, I sometimes think I have trouble with clothing wrinkles, and everyone does.

I love that you used watercolor, and it looks great! Love the lighting except on the pants because it's inconsistent throughout the entire painting.

Anmo's Issues
I don't know what to say since this is mine, but I know this is an outdated picture and a newer version has a fixed hair and neck shape. Might wanna edit the legs as well.

Anna's Issues
I'm now confused to whether the face is really high up or those are fingers. I can confirm along with Lauren that the neck IS too long.
Everything else looks nice for a simple style with cell shading.

Joe's Issues
Just one question:
Is the character meant to be chubby? I see the body to be really thick. If that's intended, there are no problems. I don't feel like counting the extremely broad shoulders as a problem since that's nearly invisible.

I don't know who to vote but I'll go for Anna
